Will do, Al. I come to have a lot of respect for Dale. I hope I’m half as tough as he is as I get older. Weightlifting can make a guy tough if you let it. I look forward to Dale coming to the USAWA Nationals again next year!

I know Dale was in a tremendous amount of pain this weekend, but didn’t let it stop him! I have a great amount of respect for Dale as well and have enjoyed getting to know him better over the last few years. Heal up soon Dale!
Dale was having his lower leg (below the knee) amputated. I still haven’t heard anything about how the surgery went. If anyone knows anything, please let us know here on the forum. Al
