2026 Rule Changes to the USAWA Official Rulebook 14th Edition were minimal and will not result in a new edition.
- Rulebook VI. Equipment Rule 27 – Certified scale rule deleted
- By-Laws Article 7 – Elections Section A and I revised to elect officers in alternate years
- By-Laws Article 22 – Other General Provisions Section G added to require by-law changes be submitted to the membership before the meeting
Changes from the 13th edition:
- New Lift – Reflex Bench Press – A38
- Changes from the 2025 National Meeting including – Drug Test appeal, wrist wrap/knee wrap thickness, leg coverings, and removal of the provisional membership clause.
- Addition of Social Media Director to the By-Laws regarding Special Assignment Directors
