            Hook grip is really going forward 🙂 MFDL felt also very solid at yesterday, just my lower back was a bit weak after influenza, suprising thing is one arm DL vs. conventional DL, one armed felt even easier which comes for lifting, not gripping.

                Timo is da man!! Seeing you can do double bodyweight Pullups=Strong Lats. How much would you say strong Lats helps your Deadlifting one and two handed?

                    Thanks guys!!

                    I believe strong lats helps a lot with one arm DL, but i now many good two arm deadlifters who doesn’t have strong lats.
