I thought Worlds was awesome!!! Al and Chad did a great job promoting this. I had a ball, got to catch up with old friends and meet some new people. Wish I would have been able to compete.

Colleen and I are back home to Boston and would like everyone to know how WONDERFUL the 2012 World Championships were this year!!! Words can not describe the warm heartfelt feeling that I recieved from everyone there. I was very touched! Al and Chad did a tremendous job of promoting the Worlds Championship for all the lifters.
I was honored with my USAWA Outstanding Grand Best Lifter Award from 1988 – 2012 (25 Years) as well as representing the US in being champion again.
I would also like to thank the loaders and everyone involved in setting up the meet. Last I would like to thank Al’s family for being great hosts and in showing everyone their “Kansas Hospitality” with the “Class A” barbeque, truly an awesome ending to a fantastic weekend. Also, I would like to thank Scott Tulley for using his facilities. All my Ol’ U.S. team mates from the U.S., England and Scotland as well as the new ones from Austrailia, along with meeting all of Al and Chad’s lifting friends that helped me. I will never forget this.

This was a great meet…..one of the best run and funnest I’ve been to in years.

Thanks to all the lifters for there amazing efforts, I was impressed enough to agree to go to England next year and compete in the world meet, big thanks to the gym members and ET for coming out and helping!! Great job to Al and Chad for setting all this up, was awsome meeting new friends and getting to see old ones!!
