Did an actual Dumbbell Walk workout yesterday and had some good performances. Did some quick 10-foot warmups with light weight on the 3.5″ dumbbell and then went for 99 pounds and got legal 10-foot trips both hands.

Loaded 113 pounds and smoked it righty too. Tried 121 and only pulled it about 4″ off the ground. I documented the weight and the distance on camera. Not because I think it’ll count for a record of course – but to hopefully get more people interested in these lifts.

I still have a very pleasant burn in my forearms today!

What are you guys lifting on your 3.5″ dumbbell? Even just deadlifting it is interesting – but the Dumbbell Walk is what I’m really curious about. I’ve gotta step up my game.

My best is 95 pounds with my right hand. It seems just a little added weight and it becomes impossible. Al
