The YMCA I trained at my last year of college (after I was done wrestling) wasa pretty decent one. On one half of the weightroom they had all the benches, power racks and free weights a guy could use, and on the other side they had just about every nautilus machine a guy could think of. Not having wrestling that year, I had all the time in the world, so in the afternoons I would spend 3-4 hours working out. I would start out with all my strength training on the free weight side, and then “pump up” on the nautilus equipment. I actually bought an old nautilus leg curl machine froma a gal last year for $30. It had come from a hotel fitness room. It is heavy as hell, but a nice machine.
