I thoroughly enjoyed lifting. It was a good excuse to get out of the house and visit. I really like to see the lift results of the kiddos and hope I can lift into my 70s/80s as well. Very much life time goals.
Congrats to everyone that lifted! Looks like some good numbers all around. I too enjoy seeing the kid’s involvement and enjoy sharing it with my daughter Josie. She did her first grip contest in October and loved it. Socially distanced, masked, and all.
