First, that is a heartwarming story, Dave.

There might be a typo in the bylaw change that Al mentioned in his report regarding Article 7. Specifically, he wrote in his report here “This motion must past by majority vote.” Of course “past” should be “pass”. Was that just a typo here or also in the bylaw change?
