          Thanks for sharing that video!!!

          It looks like the record day was a great success, and Frank has found a NEW FAVORITE lift for him in the Reeves Lift. He looks like a natural with it. Also, Jeff’s big Fulton DB deadlifts looked impressive, as well as several things you did James!!!! Was that a York Deep Dish 45 you were cleaning and pressing???? Also, what type of plates did you use as the “grip plates” for the Reeves? They looked like York 45’s as well. Al

            Sounds like a great meet. I wish I was able to go to heavy lift this year, sounds like Frank puts on a hell of a meet.

              Nice videos and some nice lifts. I wish I could make it out to heavy lift nationals, but that is a no time off weekend at my job.

                  I hub lifted one of Frank’s York Deep Dish 45’s and he in turn used MY York Deep Dish 45’s that I just got. Been wanting to Hub Clean & Press a 45er for awhile.
                  Never done Kneeling Snatches before: VERY INTERESTING LIFT!
                  BTW, I had the best Kelly Snatches of my life Saturday. I don’t know why I was “on” but the meet is the time to be so. My boss asked me today when I’ll hit 200lbs!! Kinda freaked me out to hear. I know it seems kinda silly to be proud of 108 lbs but can you imagine ….200lbs=WOW.
