            Dave,
            I went to a Scotch tasting last week and one of the last ones we tried was called Ledaig. I liked it quite a bit and bought a bottle of it.

            Now, for that day, sounds interesting and a possibility. There’s a chance I’m having my hand worked on so I’ll have to see.

              SUPERB! my trip to scotland led to my sojorn to the isle of mull and the town of tobermory. LEDAIG means “safe harbor”. that is what the farm means to me. LEDAIG is a GREAT scotch. savor it!!

                This sounds very cool and with any luck I’ll be off that weekend and can drive over and give some lifts a shot. Haven’t been training grip so there’s no telling what I might try. But I’m guessing it’ll be something hand strength-related since that’s still my forte.

                  Looks like I’ll be off that weekend unless I get mandatory overtime. Let’s see a list of what records you guys plan on breaking.

                  Mine might be done in the 95kg weight class if I can finally get my head right these next few weeks.

                    Dave,

                    What do you think about having this day also being an opportunity to qualify lifts for the National Postal Meet in December? Lifts would not necessarily need to be record attempts, however.

                                    UPDATE: location and caterer has been confirmed!! plenty of room…plenty of food and drink. now all we need is lifters!!
