Later on, I realized that at 146lbs I could’ve done a Pullover & Push to get weight into position. I would recommend trying it. It is a very interesting move. Probably easier with work boots on.
RJ,let me know how it goes. The version I did, trying to get Quads touching the floor, puts quite a stretch on the upper Hams and Adductors. I feel this is a more direct leg exercise than Squatting.
