        I know this is an all-round forum, but I reckon we can talk about general strength stuff as well. Did you guys see where Louie Simmons died? When I got started into strongman in 2001, Westside was all the rage. A lot of us tried to incorporate some of its principles into our training. I did not know the man, but I do know that he donated funds to Missouri’s Strongest Man/The Gus Lohman Memorial (which was a benefit for Camp Quality-a camp for kids with cancer) more than once.           Thank you for information about Louie. He’s a legend. I’ve been putting off watching “Westside vs. the World”, a documentary on that gym. I guess now it’s time. The guy that runs the strength/conditioning training for the university football team here is Westside Certified and knows Louie. RIP
