            I heard that news yesterday as I was sitting down to my Thanksgiving meal with family. Very saddening news indeed. My prayers are with his family and friends… and when things like this happen it makes me realize that I should EVERYDAY be thankful for the things in my life and enjoy each day to the fullest. He will be missed by many. Al

              I was lifting yesterday afternoon when I read this, made me stay out in the gym a little bit longer and ponder things. Very sad indeed.

                Most of you guys know I did a story on him for MILO and during that time I talked to him on the phone and since then I have kept in touch via email. I am going to do a story on him for the webpage.

                          Thanks, I am getting to the age where I’m beginning to know more people that have died than are alive….that’s something I hadn’t pondered when I thought of getting older.
