          Got my 2nd, 3rd, and 4th entry in today. John Douglas along with Scott and Heather Tully. I expect a decent turnout for this meet, so dont be left out. Get me your entry ASAP!

                          Cant wait to see you guys tomorrow! Should be a great battle. Down to 10 lifters, as I tweaked my back doing the postal and will be unable to compete. While that sucks for me, cause training was going very well, it is great for you all because it means I can spend all day judging so no one will have to pull double duty as competitor and judge. Will have water all day and sandwiches or something for Lunch.
                          Looks like the weather might be drab and a bit rainy (though not storming) the temperature is going to cooperate at under 70 degrees all day. Safe travels and see you all in the AM.
