I love the fact that I can download the record book and all of its updates. I just think it’s nice not having to have to log on to check something out real quick. But I’ve seen something that I think has a HUGE coolness quotient, that perhaps USAWA could adopt for its records?

        Check it out…and waddaya think?

Dan, That is a great idea, and something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. The other weekend at Nationals in Boston I got to meet a new lifter in our organization, Rocky Morrison. Rocky is a software specialist and I talked to him about doing this exact thing for us! I would really like a record list online that gives the lifter the ability to sort and rank. Rocky right now is working on updating our USAWA scoring program to a more updated excel version. Rocky is brilliant with this type of stuff so hopefully we will see your idea in reality soon! Al

            Go Rocky! 🙂

And since we’re on this Net thing…do you realize that in the grey border on top of a message you post, there is a Edit function (along with Reply and Quote) you can click on? You can’t see it, however, unless you highlight that area. It might be a good idea to change the font color to, perhaps black, so that those links can be seen. That’s one of the reasons I ended up with all of those posts, I didn’t see the Edit function.

I will try to get this glitch fixed. I know it’s probably something really simple to do – but I haven’t figured it out yet!

I think the Grip Sport one is great, too! I have viewed it quite a bit. The ability to sort by weight class and location is a great feature.
