One of two new wrist roller exercises I’ve come up with. Let me know what you think. Link to You Tube videohttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bpwPNzjrzOU

I liked the “winning” reference at the end. That’s a great idea. I’m gonna make one of those for my gym.

61 – That’s a very cool wrist roller!!! I’m putting that on my list of “projects” to make for the gym. I do already have a wrist roller kinda similiar – the IronMind Twist yo Wrist (I think that’s a dumb name for it!). This roller is molded plastic with plastic knurling to help with the grip. But still I like yours better!!! Al

Ok, here’s an idea….could you make different sizes of caps, either a set of 3 or so or interchangeable caps…..

Be patient Grasshopper for it is unwise to give away what my OTHER wrist roller exercise is until I’ve filmed it.

HAHA! Great minds think alike! I shall await the next message from the oracle of Pickle Jars.

A performance pointer that I now realize. Step back away from the bar and lean your bodyweight into the arms. Think doing a stiff arm pullDOWN against the bar as you do this exercise. I’m curious what this will be like with a longer bar.
