My grandfather had one of those infrared saunas before he died. He had previously had a stroke and swore by it. I used it a few times and it worked really well I thoughtI knew I recognized the pic!
But, I’ve always wanted to do a polar bear plunge! Bree said she’d do it to, but we can’t do it that weekend. I’m gonna try and find one here in Topeka!Funny timing. Scott & I started using bands again about a month ago after several years off. We just didn’t have anyway to anchor them down so he got some new plates so we’d have enough to make dumb bells that would hold them down. The way we put them on it’s closer to 100lbs at the top.
I personally thought it was keeping her chained up in the kitchen….

See, that’s the real problem. Al & Leslie have a perfect marriage so when it comes to advice he falls back on what’s worked with him that involve animals. I won’t go into the advice I got, but I can see where Ted’s rectal palpitations came from!
