ET has been training on an Awesome Dino Strength Bar made by a guy I know….LOL
I am also planning on being at the Mac Games…..Not throwing just going to enjoy watching.
Matt and Tyeler will both be in the 175s.
LOL….I would love to be there and the plan was to bring my boys and compete. But my youngest has had a bacterial infection in his mouth and has been advised to not do anything or go anywhere because it is contagious. We really hate the fact that we have to miss this meet…..maybe next time…..With Regrets Chuck

I was glad to do it,AL……Al and myself have been training together for 17 years now and the only thing that has changed is some of the equipment but the atmosphere will always be the same as will the comradery. Its been a long time coming and now I am just glad it got the notoriety.

Great Article Al! As I am a mediocre deadlifter myself I do believe this is a lift I will continue throughout my years of lifting….And standing behind Bob and Mark it was always easy to miss me! LOL

I have had the honor to know Grandpa Myers the longest of the Dino Gym members. I remember the first time I met him back in 1995 I called him Grandpa instead of Clyde it just fit. Al the is an Awesome tribute to a Great Man of God! He is also the Heart and Soul of The Dino Gym. Not a Tuesday night goes by that I don’t think about him especially when I look at Our LOGO! Great Story Bud!
