I always enjoy these bar articles, as I know very little. Funny how much a bar can help. I am certain that I put 30# on my 1 arm DL with more in the tank at Al’s because I was pulling on the right bar.

I found out when I was 5 that I have an extra muscle in my stomach. So when I was young and lean, I had a 9 pack. The ladies seemed to love it (LOL)
