OK-here is what I found. Consider them unofficial because they are coming from me and from something other than the official USAWA record list, but I thought I’d give you an idea

Welcoem here Timo. I assume Al or Joe G could answer your question

It is a great movement with lots of carryover to other lifts. Keep up the good work

Chad’s Front squat and Continental are absurd

Bob had no trouble calling it as he saw it. Great article on your friend Steve

Yeah, it is a topic I revisit with myself and friends often, yet I still struggle with listening to the older, wiser me in some situations. I guess old habits die hard.

This is one of a number of lifts in the USAWA that I never have desire, nor intention, to do.
I am going to create a lift and call it the “Captain Badass Lift” (after myself of course). You start by snatching a dumbell overhead. Then you do a cartwheel with the dumbell remaining locked out when you are back to an upright position , and the dumbell is still locked overhead, you reverse curl a loaded barbell, set it on your nose and balance it there. Upon command, the lifter will take the barbell back into his hand and twirl it like a baton for 5 rotations. When, after 5 twirls the barbell comes to a sop, the judge will give the down command. I think this will make a wonderful lift, and it will be contested as an experimental lift at the next meet I hold. who all is coming out? We might do a James lift and a Ziegler clean as well to make it a well rounded meet.
