Dan – What are the scientific principles of weight training? While I have not reviewed the entire literature, the studies that I have read are time limited, and do not follow a lifter(s) over the life span.
I have not tried beta-alanine, and doubt that I would try sodium bicarbonate. I have taken creatine, and never noticed any benefit. I have to have my daily coffee fix, and I do believe that helps during workouts.
