YEAH! I see at least one woman. Break some record Beth!
Wish I could be there with you.
If I lived near Clark’s gym, I would be at every meet. It sounds great!
Yeah Dan is such a funny guy 🙂
Thanks ET!
I was surprised about the tie thinking Elizabeth was the clear winner.
I am looking forward to watching Phoebe’s growth and progress.
I enjoy watching the men compete but its so much better for me that more woman participate. For one of several reasons, All-Round is a masculine sport that I know some (outsiders) view my presence as me wanting to be masculine, which of course is not the case.
I just love lifting and AR provides this more than any other strength sport.
The more women, the more I don’t look like an aberration.
I’m with Chad. I never learned how to use leg drive along with that huge, back-bend type of arch that women in my weight class use.
And I’m with Denny that I just couldn’t bend like that anymore, anyway.
I trained at a Rec Center because it was free and I could go during my lunch time. Now, I am putting my 1” plates and barbells to use.
The hardest part was getting accustom to lifting in my living room, not having a rack, changing weights instead of fixed weights, etc.
I continue to train for the Postals.
Wish I could have been there. Glad to hear that Amorkor did an outstanding job represented the women! Glad that she is a fighter. Glad that she is okay.
Well deserved. Always enjoy watching you two big guys lift and compete.
Great lifts by the women. Wish I could have been there. Some day, I hope.
And nice to see a Canadian!

I rely on Postals as my lifeline to competing with other women. I too thank you for putting these on.
Congratulations! Denny and Judy, your names are indelibly infused into the USAWA history. USAWA would not be what it is today without you two.
Excited to see the results.
Someday I hope to be able to go.

Thank you. I appreciate it.
I am all alone out here training every day but maintain my focus and passion because Postals provides me goals. In other words, Postals means more to me than I can express.
It makes me very happy.
Thanks for the link. Nice article. And I have to say that I believe it. I am an adult and the breaking the concrete blocks, alone, was memorable, let alone all the feats of strength.
I hate to harp but that was seriously impressive. That was Arnold level and you did it for kids. You are a good man.
