Al is a guru when it comes to equipment. Just don’t let him talk you into putting capsaicin on you equipment (Al will appreciate that!).
As for bars, Al about has me talked into a nexgen…..

Highland Games athlete and sometimes All-RounderDave, I have a file marked “hot air”. Whenever I get “fan mail” or a letter of commendation at work, or some other self indulgent “back slapping” I put it in that file. I got the name from my Uncle Phil who had a file he named that to keep things in perspective. (so…like ALL my ideas…STOLEN!). Anyhoo….yours went in there because it’s one of my all time favorites!

Highland Games athlete and sometimes All-RounderI agree…great article, Dave. I have NEVER seen anything like that! Very interesting and great story behind it. I would compare that EQUALLY with my Great Granddad’s anvil!

Wow, what a great story and it’s all true, if anything, Mike is being modest about his accomplishments. I am honored to be a part of it.

Highland Games athlete and sometimes All-RounderI think Chad’s post needs some explanation. You have to give 6 weeks notice to sanction a meet. So, it’s nothing personal, just the rules….I think it’s a rule Clark made! haha.
Also, I would just like to say I’m disappointed that Clark wouldn’t sanction his meet….he started this organization, why doesn’t he support it? This isn’t intended to be a knock on him, just posing the question. It’s ridiculously cheap to sanction a meet. Maybe he doesn’t feel supported in terms of the attendance at meets at his gym in the past. At any rate, he’s the granddaddy of all this, sure would like to seem him keep a “Emeritus” status in the organization!
